Indoor Training Resumes September 14th!
We are excited to announce the resumption of indoor Actualize Sports (competitive athletes) and Actualize Fitness (adult fitness enthusiast) classes and personal training!
Training outside was a new experience and ton of fun (for a season), but it’s time to get back in the gym. Please review important information about our Phase 2 transition indoors below.
Phase 2 Requirements
- Click here to read the Actualize Phase 2 staff and member requirements that are in alignment with Washington State Phase 2 guidelines. These include guidelines surrounding screening, face covering, distancing and cleaning. Staff and member compliance of these requirements will ensure safety and alignment with the Washington State Phase 2 guidelines.
Actualize Sports
- Athletes and parents, your coach will reach out promptly to share the updated Fall training schedule.
Actualize Fitness
- Indoor classes will start September 14-19 with a modified schedule and allow up to 10 members per class in alignment with square footage and occupancy limits. Looking forward, Phase 3 guidelines allow up to 15 members per class.
- Group Training Class Schedule – September 14-19
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 1hr Transformation: 4:30am, 5:30am, 6:30am, 12:00pm
- Tuesday & Thursday
- 1hr Transformation: 5:15am, 6:15am
- Saturday:
- 1hr Transformation: 7:00am, 8:00am
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Note: we look forward to adding additional 1hr Transformation classes and 30min Metabolic classes soon. You will be notified as classes are added.
- Active members: register for classes as usual on the Mindbody app.
- Frozen members: to activate your membership, email [email protected]. Once your membership is unfrozen you will gain access to Mindbody to register for classes.
