Welcome to the Actualize “Slim Down For Summer” 6-Week Challenge!

We are currently offering a “Slim Down For Summer” 6-Week Challenge for new Actualize members. So we thought, “Our loyal members want to slim down for summer too!”

    • Nutrition plans that progress over 6 weeks. Maybe nutrition hasn’t been your focus lately. No problem, Days 1-7 is all about getting back to basics. Days 8-21 focusses on re-introducing portion sizing. And Days 22-End of Challenge individualizes further.

The Actualize 3 Pillars of Success (1. Fitness 2. Nutrition 3. Accountability) provide a proven system to achieve sustainable health, fitness and body transformation while empowering, educating and equipping you to actualize your purposes and potential. Follow the timeline, tasks and nutrition program in the “Slim Down For Summer” 6-Week Challenge below and success will follow!

  • 6-Week Challenge Timeline & Tasks
    • First Day of Challenge: Conduct your first Inbody body composition test. Remember to test fasted (no food or drink beforehand) and having not consumed alcohol the evening before or participated in physical activity before class. Bring snack to eat after test. Report results in the My Accountability app.
    • Every Wednesday: Join Coach Jenny
    • Everyday: Login to the My Accountability app. You will be prompted to:
      • Track Body Stats daily: only add bodyweight unless you conducted a Inbody body composition test–in which case you will add 1) bodyweight & 2) body fat %. Notice the option to track body measurements. This is not required but highly encouraged.
      • Take Progress Photos periodically
      • Follow the Actualize Nutrition Principles.
    • Every Wednesday: Got questions? Need to process? Every Wednesday, join Coach Jenny on our private members only call.
    • Days 1-7: Eat whatever you want off the Food List & Grocery Helper Nutrition Plan (Days 1-7). Also use additional resources: CookbookMeal Prep Made EasyRestaurant Ordering System.
      • If you are working with your assigned Coach on a more individualized nutrition plan, stick with that plan!
    • Days 8-21: Follow the hand recommendations of your Food List & Grocery Helper Nutrition Plan (Days 8-22) – Hand Method with individualized recommendations from your assigned coach. Also use additional resources: CookbookMeal Prep Made EasyRestaurant Ordering System.
      • If you are working with your assigned Coach on a more individualized nutrition plan, stick with that plan!
    • Days 22-End of Challenge: Follow the recommendations of your Food List & Grocery Helper Nutrition Plan (Days 22-End of Challenge; see options below). Please reach out to an Actualize coach for suggestions of which plan below to use.     • Last Day of Challenge: Conduct final Inbody body composition test and report in the My Accountability app.
