Alexa’s 3 month progress has been exceptional, both mentally and physically. She jumped into a rigorous program with little resistance training experience. With an open mind and a determined heart she faced many frustrations, and in the end came out on top. Never backing down, always learning, and one of the most joyful young women I have ever met, I am so proud of you Alexa!

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 50.7 to 54 lbs
  • Body Fat Mass: 53.8 to 48.7 lbs
  • Body Fat Percentage: 36.8 to 33.4%
  • Broad Jump: 43 to 65 inches
She added 20 lbs to her bench press and 25 lbs to her sumo deadlift as well! This is just the beginning! Alexa, you are amazing!
