Actualize Sports is proud to recognize Kross Knoll and Luke Worley as its Co-Athletes of the Quarter!

Kross, a recent Cashmere High School grad (2018) who is now attending George Fox University and playing collegiate football, began working with Actualize his Senior year of high school. When we first met Kross, he was a naturally talented athlete who had not spent much time developing his strength and conditioning. Add passion, unparallelled values and character, and good old fashioned hard work, and Kross’s results have spoke for themselves. As a result, Kross made the traveling team for George Fox as a true Freshman. We’re proud of you Kross and look forward to watching you reap an abundant harvest in football, scholastics, your spirituality and in all categories of your life!

Luke, a Wenatchee High School grad (2017) who attends Pacific Lutheran University and plays collegiate basketball, began working with Actualize in March 2017. As a result of hard work and dedication, Luke looks forward to being a major contributor for the Lutes this season. Luke, we love your fun and zany personality, and how it’s coupled with high ideals, a strong faith and an incredible work ethic. You will be successful in whatever you put your mind to!
