
Every year Actualize Sports & Fitness closes for Spring Break…but we’re not going to leave you hanging!
When Actualize is closed April 1-6, use the resources below to continue training and pursuing the nutrition that supports your purposes and potential in health, fitness and life:
- Spring Break 2019 – “No Equipment, No Problem!” bodyweight-only programming to train on your own outside of Actualize, at home, at the park, anywhere.
- HIIT Protocol. Use this high intensity interval protocol for running, biking, rowing or any functional bodyweight move (i.e. burpees, cycle jumps, bear crawling, squats, push ups, etc.).
