We usually name an Actualize Sports Athlete of the Month to recognize a youth competitive athlete for their accomplishments…but in its place for the month of December we are celebrating our first Group of the Month because of the outstanding results of this entire group.

* Pull Ups Max Reps: 11 reps to 14 reps

* Broad Jump: 90.5 in. to 96 in.

* Losha missed a few testing days which limit his metrics. But perhaps the biggest gain was seen in his pole vaulting. Although these jumps are happening in practice, he has increased from 13.5 feet to 15 feet.
