Nutrition Protocol

Your transformation starts here! Follow the nutrition guide for your weight range below. See this document for macronutrient guidelines, portion sizes, meal planner, supplement details, grocery list, and much more!

Level 1 – 100-150lbs

Level 2 – 150-200lbs

Level 3 – 200-250lbs

Level 4 – 250lbs +

The more you adhere your diet the more results you are going to see and the better chance you have to win $1500 cash!!

Training Protocol

Weeks 1 & 2:

(3) 1 Hour Strength Training Sessions: Transformation A, B, & C

(2) 30 Minute Metabolic Sessions

Weeks 3 & 4:

(3) 1 Hour Strength Training Sessions: Transformation A, B, & C

(2) 30 Minute Metabolic Sessions

+ (2) 30 Minute Cardio Sessions: Low Intensity Steady State
Actualize Members are welcome to complete extra cardio sessions with the equipment available at Actualize. Hop on a bike or the treadmill for a recoverable cardio session. Or take your cardio outdoors for a hike, bike ride, or jog. Aim for your heart rate to be high enough that you are working but in a zone that still allows for you to string a 15 word sentence together.

Weeks 5 & 6:

Adhere to the following Actualize Principles
  • Get 7/8 hours of sleep each night
  • Drink half your body weight in ounces of water
  • Be considerate of your stress load and how you are tolerating it!
Challenge Completion Details

Our 2024 6-Week Challenge will be judge ONLY on your before and after photos. There will be one male and one female winner for a cash prize of $1500 each! Each member MUST complete the Post Challenge Testimonial to be considered. After photos are due by February 25th at 11:59pm. Judgements will be the following week
