Actualize

[ak-choo-uh-lahyz]

to make actual or real; turn into action or fact.

“Everybody wants to actualize his or her purpose and potential. But most do not understand nor are rarely given the tools to achieve safe, effective and sustainable success over time.

The process of actualizing purpose and potential begins when desire meets an intentionality to move forward, and the discipline of undergoing the rigors required is valued and pursued with the tools to make it happen.

You bring the desire, intentionality and discipline, and we arm you with the plan and tools which educate, encourage and empower you to actualize your purpose and potential each step of the way.”

— Coach Blaine Davidson – Founder & Co-Owner

Mission

Actualize Sports & Fitness is North Central Washington’s premier performance enhancement training, health and nutrition, and mental achievement coaching center. We exist to educate, encourage and empower Actualize Sports (competitive athletes, teams & coaches) & Actualize Fitness (fitness enthusiasts of all ages & abilities) clients to actualize their unique purpose and potential in athletics, fitness, health and life.

Core Values

We live the dream we encourage–physically, mentally and at the heart level. The fruits of ones life tell a great deal. By journeying toward actualizing our purposes and potential we are empowered and positioned to encourage others to actualize theirs.

We treat and serve our clients and employees the way we want to be treated and served.  We view and treat our clients like family and prospects like clients.

We believe in a redemptive, victorious process. There is no such thing as failure, only opportunities to learn and increase from one degree to glory to the next.

We choose to see and coach to the unique identity and strengths of our clients and employees, even when we/they don’t know who we/they are or have forgotten.

We reap what we sow, so we sow big into our clients and community.

We are not always right and there is always room for new perspective, learning and growth. We welcome constructive suggestions and are always looking to improve our products and services, and the ways we think and coach.
