Jenny graduated from Montana State University-Billings (BA in Business Administration) in 2016 where she also competed as a collegiate soccer player for four years. Her final two years she was awarded All-League Honorable Mention and the Quest for Excellence Team Award her Senior year.

Jenny is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) and is excited to offer her unique passions, strengths and experiences to Actualize Sports & Fitness clients.

“My only wish in my athletic career is that I had actualized my purposes and potential earlier, both physically and mentally. I started working with Actualize Sports & Fitness after a rigorous freshman year of collegiate soccer. Feeling drained, worthless and ready to quit, I thought I had nothing to lose. I was never one to give up without a fight, so knowing nothing of my true potential I gave every ounce of effort I had into learning how to treat my body right through nutrition and purposeful exercise.”

“Needless to say, I transformed. Though, it may not be exactly the way you’d expect. Yes, my body fat decreased immensely, my lean and athletic muscle mass grew by leaps and bounds, and my performance increased significantly. But the real transformation was made in my mind. Something switched, what once was diminished strength was now a fire in my soul. What once was worthlessness was now a drive to prove my potential.”

“Coming from being one of the best female soccer players the Wenatchee Valley, I went into my college career never knowing exactly what it meant to push myself to my limits. When I found myself in an environment where my talent was similar to my peers and by itself was not enough, I had to learn how to dig deep to find out who I was, what I wanted and what I was really made of. With the help of Coach Blaine Davidson’s holistic training, nutrition and mental achievement coaching I became the best version of myself. I was better, faster, stronger, and most importantly, I worked harder and smarter than ever before.”

“I am learning I am so much more than a retired colligate athlete. I have never felt as if I could define myself as just a soccer player. I was never in love with the game, but during this journey I fell in love with the grind of the process and the fruits of transformation—and ultimately the understanding that the journey is never over and there is always more increase available both mentally and physically. I long to empower my clients to actualize this same revelation so they will set out on a lifelong journey to making their unique purposes and potential a reality!”

After graduating from college, Jenny spent four months working for a non-profit in Bangkok, Thailand. Jenny is back in Wenatchee and is excited to put down her vocational and relational roots. She is very passionate about spending time with her close friends and family, loves activities like baking and hiking, and dreams about competing in trail runs and marathons!
